Pros: The staff were great. The location was excellent. It’s good that they have big scale for weighting the luggage for the airport.

Hidden gem! Great value super comfy hotel.

Pros: We loved the king size super comfy bed and power shower. We also loved the breakfast which was huge with amazing choice. It was very close to the Metro station that took minutes to get to the major sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

Cons: We arranged a car from the hotel and told them the flight number and arrival time but still had to wait for nearly an hour for the car to come. The driver also tried to charge us extra for going through a toll tunnel on top of the agreed €70. Only a tiny wardrobe and no drawers for clothes so lived out of the suitcase - not the end of the world but might be inportant to some.

Nice hotel away from traffic

Pros: Enjoyed my stay here for 1 night. Comfy room. Staff was ok apart from left in limbo for lift issue. Breakfast is good. Wish they would monitor it so guests dont waste food the way I witnessed with 1 night stay.

Cons: Lift was out of order. Which is a shame as our room was on 6th floor and sadly have disability which caused stress to myself having to pace my time going up

Everything was excellent

Pros: Stayed for 3 nights (19–22 Aug) while traveling for work. Everything was excellent — staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were well-maintained, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, just 100 meters from the MRT, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays.

Cons: However, it's a busy area, so it can be a bit noisy at times. Still, highly recommended for business or leisure stays if you don’t mind some city noise.

Good value for money

Pros: Clean and tidy room. Basic amenities are there including slippers. Wi-fi was good and the smart-TV available. Housekeeping coming every day. The breakfast was available as well as several decent places with food around the hotel building if you miss the breakfast or prefer some other food instead. Airport-bound bus stop is 7-8 min away from the hotel. Other than that, closest metro station is 10 to 15 min away and Hagia Sophia is in a walking distance.

Cons: Our fridge was not refrigerating. Turned up it’s an issue in every room. “Do not disturb” placard was missing. I believe it’s their policy to clean every room on default. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but it’s highly subjective.

Pros: Excellent staff, professionnal, clean hotel, well located, good breakfast. I extended one more night, i like this hotel, i'll be back next year!

Pros: The Room is everyday cleaning from a Professional. I like it! The Breakfast is everyday a surprise Menu from the türkish kitchen. I like it! They did it great Job. You can find everything on this location.

Cons: Wifi is almost the time not working I lived on the 6th floor

Pros: I love this hotel and will come back again. Transportation is available in Newly, both metro and tram, bus. Cleanliness and good breakfast.Nice staff. There are many clothing stores, markets, and food outlets nearby, as well as a pharmacy and currency exchange offices. Thank you for everything.

Would visit again

Pros: Great location, 1 min away from Aksaray stations, few minutes from Yenikapi metro, but not on the main street so it was not noisy. Breakfest was great, staff helpful and polite, helped with suitcases, sim card, instanbul card, airport transfer, they helped to switch from twin to triple room, thanks a lot ☺️ .

Cons: Triple room is a bit small but as it was shown in pictures
