Nice and cozy hotel in the centre of new Istanbul. Very clean and comfy. Unfortunately, breakfast is not very satisfacto

Pros: The hotel was very nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. It is located near the Taksim Square which is busy any time of the day. Very easy to go to any part of the city from this hotel.

Cons: Unfortunately, breakfast was not the way we expected. When booking a hotel, I was looking for a buffet-style breakfast. This hotel has pictures which suggest that breakfast is buffet style, yet this was not the case. We stayed in the hotel for a week, and breakfast was basically every day the same and not really satisfactory to us. Also, some rooms are located on floors -1 and -2 so there is not that much day light in there. However, an advantage of these rooms is that they are quieter than the ones facing the street.

Pros: The staff were conscientous, incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was of a very good standard, clean and comfortable. Traditional Turkish breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location of the hotel was excellent, being central and close to the metro, buses and taxis.

Beyoglu’s Little Jewel

Pros: This Beyoglu located hotel is boutique and very personable. The staff (Alex, Emrah & Mehmet) become friends over the days and are very attentive. Included Turkish breakfasts and arriving back at the end of the day to fresh cake or pastry. The rooms are terrific - recommend the balcony rooms. A few minutes to the Taksim-Tunnel Tram, similar to the Taksim Metro and in the new part of Istanbul.
