A Real Gem. Excellent value for money,

Pros: A Real Gem. A great small hotel in a wonderful area. Real value for money. My room (Superior Double) was spacious (especially so by Istanbul standards) & had a French balcony. The room air conditioner strong & effective. There was a fridge, kettle & safe in the room. The WiFi was good. The toilet/ shower room was modern with lots of hot water & great water pressure in the large shower. The whole hotel is clean, modern & very well maintained. There is a lift. The reception was open 24hrs and everyone was very helpful & spoke English. The hotel is in a quaint pedestrian street a couple of minutes slow walk from Taksim Square. Lots & varied eating options around, from pavement cafes to sit down restaurants. The small bakery near the hotel is a must. The area is safe to walk by day or evening with lots of people around. The area is not as crowded or ‘Touristy’ as Sultanahmet. I am a solo female traveler.

Pros: Very welcoming staff, good location close to the public transport connections, many restaurants, pubs around.

Pros: Property was good but little bit small for family, but maintain good condition. If you are single or couple it was perfect. And location was near from the taksim square and alot of public transport.

They offer more than you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Pros: First of all, its location is great at the center of Taksim. You can easily access night life, transportation or shopping. The staff was very kind and polite. Another important thing for me was hygiene, Bathroom, sheets, room all of them was already cleaned when I checked in and they kept it clean with daily maid service.

Our stay at hotel was exceptional—great service, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location.

Pros: The location is extremely close to Taksim square, the staff is kind and respectful. The room was nice, but small. For the price paid I recommend the location.

Cons: There was a smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. I recommend paying more attention to the cleaning of the bathroom.

Overall lovely property would definitely stay again!

Pros: I loved the customer service and help offered by the hotel attendants, loved the comfort of the beds as well as the location, very close to a lot of shops and the other store owners on the street are lovely and all very accomodating
