Taksim Istiklal Street Kamilbey Hotel

Pros: Very close to everywhere and pretty location, the rooms had nice views and designed nicely. Staff is there 24/7 so they’re always there to help

Cons: Smaller room gets a bit steamed up after a shower not sure about the bigger rooms.

Pros: Right in the center of Beyoglu, really close to any activity. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was really convenient and clean. Free wifi and fresh linen. Thank you!

Cons: It can get a little noisy during early night hours from nearby clubs.

A hotel worth visiting again

Pros: Everything was great, from arrival to departure. The hotel owner was friendly and respectful, the hotel was clean, and even the staff were very nice.

Over all it was a good stay for Us.!

Pros: The staff were friendly and approachable. The location is great- near to whatever you fancy. The things that me and hubby find it bad was the noise at night, we can’t sleep due to the hotel’s pub and bar nearby. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay.

Cons: The noise of the pubs and bars nearby- we can’t get sleep at night. Can I suggest re: breakfast if it can be change from day to day, because eating breakfast the same menu everyday is not good for me.

Pros: I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The location is perfect, just off the main street on a lovely side street full of cozy cafes and a beautiful atmosphere. The manager, the owner, and everyone working there were incredibly kind and welcoming. In just a few days they made me feel like part of their family, and I was honestly sad to leave. The cafe in front of the hotel was also amazing! friendly people, great vibe, and delicious tea. I will definitely come back again! 🤍

Pros: The room is a bit small but was perfect for the one night we stayed in Istanbul. Breakfast outside was quite nice too. Great location. As soon as you step out you are right in the middle of the city.

Cons: Loud at night due to the live band coming from the bar.

Amazing place to stay

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location is very central, which made it easy to get around the city. The bedroom was modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. I was also very pleased with the service : the staff kindly allowed me to leave my suitcase at the hotel before I officially checked in, as I was traveling to another city. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Centrally located so expected the area to be noisy

RELAXING 2 NIGHTS FOR US, DURING THE DAY WE WERE MOSTLY OUT EXPLORING.

Pros: LOCATION WAS GOOD , STAFF WAS EXCELLENT SPECIALLY Mr. CEBRAIL DELICE AT THE RECEPTION. HE IS A GEM OF A PERSON. THE HOTEL HAS NO DIRECT APPROCH FOR TAXIS & THEY ARE PARKED ABOUT 150M AWAY FROM HOTEL ENTRENCE, CEBRAIL WAS VERY KIND TO COME & HELP US UNLOAD THE BAGS FROM THE TAXI AND CARRY IT TO OUR ROOMS , HE ALSO GAVE US EARLY CHECK IN AS WE HAD AN ALL NIGHT FLIGHT FROM LONDON & REACHED HOTEL AROUND 9AM. HE CARRIED OUR BAGS TO THE TAXI WHEN WE CHECKED OUT & WE DID HAVE SOME HEAVY BAGS AS WE WERE RETURNING FROM A MONTH LONG TRIP OF UK & STAYED IN ISTANBUL FOR 2 DAYS. HE BOOKED A WONDERFUL CRUISE FOR US WHICH WE REALLY ENJOYED & ALSO BOOKED THE RETURN TAXI TO AIPORT, IF THIS HOTEL DESERVES 5* THAN 2 OF THESE FIVE WILL GO TO CEBRAIL.

Cons: THEY COULD IMPROVE THE BREAKFAST , MAYBE ADD JUICE .

Pros: Overall a good hotel with very friendly staff. I would recommend it to anyone willing to stay in the Taksim area. You have everything around you.

Cons: Can get a little noisy outside during the night. So just have in mind that. No issues if you have noise cancelling earbuds.
