Pros: Visay and dojan are top, and all the other guys in front desk of course. Very kind staff, always with a smile and ready to assist you! The girls and the guy from the restaurant too! It will be our first choice if we come back at istanbul .

Pros: Very friendly staff,especially the morning front desk agent and the morning porter! Regarding the location, even the hotel is exactly next to Istlikal street there is not a lot of noise. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good.

Great stay in central location

Pros: It’s in the central area very convenient. The room is comfortable and breakfast has lots of options. Staffs are amazing especially the staffs help you take your luggage up to your room and very friendly. Veysi and the other guys were always helpful.

Cons: although do take in consideration the room is quite small and might not have window.

Pros: Great staff. The breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed the room.

Cons: There wasn't much of a view from the room but its expected as you are just off Istiklal in a side street. You can hear the noise from outside especially night but it did not bother me.

Hotel staff are very nice and helpful.

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent The breakfast is good and has all you need to start the day.

Cons: There is no soundproofing between rooms and the corridor, unfortunately you hear guests even talking at all hours heading to their rooms.

Great location and very comfortable stay!

Pros: Honestly speaking the location is amazing,the beds super comfortable and the breakfast buffet very inviting and filling! All the stuff was very helpful and we really loved the overall vibe of the facilities! If we were to go again to Taksim we would definitely choose them for our stay!
