Good value, well-served modern hotel, great facilities including an excellent pool, close to seaside
Pros: The location is excellent, with super views from the rooms with terrace views of the sea. The hotel is a few hundred metres from the sea and a very long sandy beach. The general amenities are good (for a 3* hotel), and the pool and surrounds are super, perfect for spending lazy days and well served by friendly staff, and great to have a plentiful supply of towels on hand. I didn't try breakfast, though it looked really good and a wide selection of foods were available, other residents said they thought it great value for money. The hotel ambience is conducive to a super seaside break, and there's plenty of space to hide away and read or relax in the large lounge area.
Cons: I would have preferred more blankets on my bed, I had to ask a few times though they were always delivered , and I would expect a room safe no matter what type of room booked - I had a deluxe room with sea view and terrace and this didn't come with a safe, or telephone which I would expect anywhere, from both a security and safety point of view. On safety, the room had no information about what to do in the event of a fire (where to leave from, fire exits, floorplan, who to call in the event of an emergency, and so on) which is *essential* information and should be available in every room and located on the back of the door. There should also be more than just a menu for room service in the room and some information about breakfast times, pool opening times, who to call etc., ideally in a handbook. Also, although laundry bags are provided, the hotel offers no laundry service, which is an essential service, even for light, weekend travellers or longer-term stays.

Pros: Большой и красивый отель с большими уютными номерами и хорошими завтраками. Хороший и отзывчивый персонал. Понравился также интерьер отеля , чистые номера, ежедневная уборка, хорошая зона с бассейном через дорогу, бесплатное посещение СПА - хаммам, душевые, сауна и бассейн (полотенце, мыло, шампуни - дают бесплатно, варежка платно) . Номера без балкона, но можно сидеть на общей террасе в холле с видом на море и прекрасными закатами. Расположение очень удобное - до центрального песчаного пляжа 10 минут пешком, до рыбных ресторанчиков и галечного пляжа возле замка Шиле - 10 минут пешком, до Маяка и зип-лайна 15 минут пешком, до начала пешей центральной улицы - 2 минуты.
Cons: Видно, что хорошо вложились в интересный дизайн и первоначальный ремонт отеля. Но отдельные детали интерьера и мебели уже требуют замены и реставрации. Часто размагничивались ключи - но на ресепшене без проблем исправляли.

Pros: La piscina exterior, sauna y Hamami están bien. El apartamento de dos habitaciones estaba bien.
Cons: Enchufes que no funcionaban. Falta colgadores y el baño no estaba al nivel del baño.

Cons: Hier und da ein paar Reparaturen im Zimmer und Bad wären nicht von Nachteil. Hindert aber nicht an ein paar schönen Tagen dort

Pros: Le petit déjeuner était digne d un 5 étoiles et la piscine a une bonne ambiance,
Cons: Dommage que pour aller à la mer il faut marcher 16 m’ et qu’ils n’ont pas de plage privative et aussi pas de spa HAMMAZ jaccuezi
