Perfect location to visit ISTANBUL

Pros: Everything was perfect. We chose this apartment to celebrate 90 years birthday of my grandmother. The person who manage the house was very helpful and gentle, she gave us the contact of transfert from airoport , and we had even a b-day cake! The location is perfect: in 2minutes by walk - TOM TOM kebap - amazing fresh grilled meat. In 5 minutes by walk - Galata Breakfast- generous Turkish breakfast only for 300 lyres by person. Musée of modern art - 10 minutes by walk. Tram station - 10 min as well. The beds are comfortables. We ll return with a great pleasure in this house.

Great place to stay with friends and family!

Pros: We booked a whole place for 7 people, and it had all of the things we needed. Instructions were clear and the host was very nice.

Charming flat in Istanbul

Pros: The location was amazing, right in the centre and just minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and transport. The host accomadated early check in and late checkout requests generously, which was very helpful, kept in touch suggesting trips and outings which we found valuable. Also left us coffee, tea, and many kitchen essentials. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed ❤

Cons: The accommodation was a town house arranged over 4 levels and we found the spiral staircase a little tricky, specially carrying the luggage up and down.

One week in Istanbul

Pros: It is located in very nice area, close to Istiklal street. It's a very good place for young people who loves night life and shopping. Apartment has anything you might need, so well equipped. Staffs are very nice and responsive.

Cons: The building is three floors building that we didn't see any info about it in the description, so it has many stairs and it can be problematic for elderly, disabled and small kids. Also, building is located in hilly area, that can be difficult for mentioned groups. Apartment's floors could be cleaner.

Town house in Istanbul.

Pros: The host was very helpful and always available on whatsapp. We told them that the remote batteries were not working and they immediately sent over a rider to deliver them. Rooms were well furnished and had basic toiletries needed. They also have a beautiful sun room on the top floor and a washing machine and dryer.

Cons: The house has 4 floors. So if you don't like stairs, this may be difficult to stay.

Positive vibes

Pros: Wifi excellent throughout..till the 3rd floor New facilities.bed comfy Toilet clean Dryer & washer at the 3rd floor. An 8minute walk up the hill for istiklal cd & 5minute walk to tophane station. Home feel around Sofa beds provided with cover & pillows are ample for clients

Cons: Cold in december, need to switch open the aircond heater. Tap water need to be open for few minutes for the heat to be felt. Stairs too steep to transfer big luggage

Pros: We were a group of 3 friends so had the whole house with a room each, with 2 communal areas to share. Each room is on a different floor and was spacious. 2 of the bedrooms have en suite with good showers. The third has a sink and toilet. Kitchen was very well equipped. Each room has plenty of sockets for charging devices. For sleeping the place was very quiet after the restaurants shut - no cars and we couldn't hear any muezzin either. The area has plenty of supermarkets, cafes, bars etc (recommend Solera Winery and Tom-tom Kebap), is very close to walk to Istiklal Caddesi and 6 minutes walk to Tophane for the tram to Eminonu, Sultanahmet, the Grand Bazaar etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful - we communicated by WhatsApp as we used the keybox to get in.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay as the property was quite well equipped and clean. Also a nice neighbourhood and close to the public transport. Beside this, the host very kind and helpful. Sincerely recommend it and it certainly will be our option in the future.

Helpful host, perfect location, great size

Pros: The location was perfect - good access to public transport and a huge variety of shops and food. The house was quite big and was very well equipped, such as dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Ali who is the owner of the house was an excellent host, checking in with us and providing us with tips. He also was extremely helpful whenever we needed assistance. We want to thank him enormously for making our stay here memorable!
