THE GREEN HOTEL

Pros: Everything was excellent during our stay. The food was very diverse and extremely tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel’s location is perfect — everything is close by, including both the metro and the tram, which makes getting around very easy. A special thanks to Busra and Moaaz , who were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and truly hospitable. They were always there to help with anything we needed. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing place, great staff team (EVERYONE OF THEM)

Pros: Everything, the property was amazing, easy access to many places around. Easy to catch a taxi from. The staff were amazing! They did whatever they could to please the visitors. They were so nice and helpful, i do not recall all the names but Noor , Ola , Yusuf, Muaz and all the other staff were so helpful. They took the best care of us and we are really åleased and thankful.

Pros: -Location was near to Metro and Bus stops. -Cleanliness of the rooms -accomodating staff -Overall a very good experience with family. Therefore, highly recommend Green Hotel to families.

Cons: - They should recruit some staff who could accomodate english speaking guests. - Bring some variety to the breakfast menu.

Pros: The staff are very friendly and kind. The hotel has a prime location, close to all tourist attractions in Istanbul. Away from crowded places where problems abound, so it is safe for families They have a coffee shop with modest prices.

Cons: Their kitchen only works at breakfast time.

Pros: The breakfast was acceptable but suffers from repetition, everyday same items

Cons: The location of the hotel was very good but at the same time it occurs on a main street so that makes it a bit noisy

Pros: Clean hotel Lovely simple breakfast Staff responded when we needed something

Cons: The rooms smelt of cigarettes and we have to air them out. People were able to smoke cigarettes in the cafe.

Pros: 1-Breakfast Excellent 2- The staff welcoming was great 3- Reception team were very helpful.

Cons: 1-room cleaning and arrangement not good at all 2- No facial tissues? if we want to use tissues, we were obliged to use toilet roll, it's not professional. you are 4 stars hotel as you mentioned in the entrance.
