Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and was overall satisfied with the service. I would especially like to thank the Guest Relations Manager SU KAYA for the kind attention and support throughout my stay. She was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful in every matter. Thanks to her assistance, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. It is always reassuring to see Su , so involved and attentive to guests. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

Pros: Very good breakfast and staff always at full disposal. I was particularly struck by Ms Su who was assisting and attending customers in a kind and very friendful way. As a worldwide traveller I must say that having a lady as Su welcoming customers in the hall is absolutely a plus for Kaya hotel. That's why for sure I will come back next year.

Perfectly suitable when visiting the Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center.

Pros: I’m staying here not for the first time. I’ve tried other hotels, but I came back to KAYA. I really like everything: the place, the location, the service, the staff, and the food. I hope I’ll finally have time to enjoy the pool, SPA, and massage. Greetings to Su, Eda, and Kenan. See you again soon.

Cons: On the 22nd floor, the WiFi and mobile internet were a bit weak. In the lobby on the first floor, everything works perfectly.

Pros: Cleaning staff, waiters and valet are very friendly and helpfull. They also communicate much better in english. The location is very good specially if you want to visit the convention center. The restaurant serves amazing and delcious food. Some of the best we had during our stay in istanbul.

Cons: There was a price irregularity. One day i paid a certain amount for breakfasr buffet. The next morning it was suddenly more expensive when a different staff member was handling it. Room service staff could not communicate in english

Highly recommended, place is awesome and easy to teach anywhere you wish fast

Pros: So the staff was so friendly and very very helpful They went the extra mile to support and make sure my stay is well remembered So thumbs up

Cons: The room was so clean and neat considering I am an OCD but the room exceeded my expectations Bed sheets were super clean and smelled so nice which is not the norm even in international rice start hotels I tired in Istanbul
