Pros: Our stay was comfortable and truly enjoyable. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious, and the location is quiet and peaceful, away from noise and congestion. Breakfast was varied, catering to different tastes, and offered excellent value for money. The staff and service were welcoming and cooperative from the moment of arrival. We would like to extend our special thanks to Ms. Sema for her professionalism and outstanding attention, as she ensured continuous support throughout our stay. Based on our positive experience, we decided to extend our stay, which clearly reflects the high standard of the hotel. This property truly deserves more than five stars. We highly recommend it with full confidence and look forward to visiting again.

Comfortable

Pros: Booked for my father to visit his friend in Istanbul. He liked airport VIP transfer(for which you pay seperately), staff are friendly and helpful, clean room. I was able to contact the staff before my father arrival by phone, messages on booking.com, and WhatsApp, and they helped him to know the area around. If there was a way to give a tip online, I would gladly do. Many thanks

Pros: The staff are so good and helpful, i went to the reception to ask how much is breakfast and Fatih was in the desk and he gave me a complimentary breakfast, that was 10/10 for customer service

Cons: The bed, lighting in the room, they don't have elevator

Pros: The location is really close to marmara mall, migros mall and koctas center, the hotel is really clean and tidy, with carpeting, we stayed for 5 days but extended our stay for 5 more days because of the comfort and location, specially Mr. Kadir / Cadir young Gentleman very respecting was really helpful and kind, will definitely recommend it for families with kids. Thank you Qadir.

Generally was a good experience

Pros: The breakfast was good. The Location isnt bad. At least, you can navigate around The front office staff were very professional and helpful. Yusuf is a great asset.

Cons: The heater / warmer never worked. Even though I complained, I wasn't attended to.
