Up to expectation

Pros: Good location , Near to Metrobus station and Havaist statiin , Houskeeping is doing a good job , Breakfast is good ,many supermarket and restaurant nearby , hotel is clean , room is big .

Cons: Long wait for the elevator to come , only two elevators are not enough for such big hotel. Sometimes bad smell is coming out from toilet .

We had good time stying in this hotel

Pros: It’s pretty good hotel clean, swimming hammam and suna are free.Everyday they clean the room. Breakfast was good, nice coffee I had in breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: The staff are very friendly and very, very helpful. I really can't thank them enough for all the effort they put in, into making our holidays a dream come true.

Cons: The jacuzzi was old and in bad condition, the drain was blocked. Otherwise all good.

I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Cons: The only area for improvement would be the swimming pool, which could use a bit of maintenance or an upgrade.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at World Point Hotels in Istanbul. From start to finish, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to key spots in the city and easily accessible by public transport. The room was spotless, and cozy, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view from the window was a lovely bonus and balcony as well. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of both local and international options. Everything was fresh and well-presented. Well done, World Point Hotels team! You truly made my visit to Istanbul a memorable one. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to others without hesitation.

Pros: The service and arrangements were top. Good quality breakfast.

Cons: The left was disabled and there was a rush for some time, especially during breakfast. The toilet door was out of order. There was no water in the room
