Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul

Super hotel nothing to add!

Pros: My favorite business hotel in Istanbul. Centrally located (to offices, metro, shops and restaurants) in Levent. The gym facilities are extreme good for an hotel.

Overall good place for a short layover with tasty breakfast and cozy room. The stuff spoke our language and helped a lot

Pros: We liked the cleanness and hospitality of the stuff the most. The spa area was really spacious and transcended the “Hyatt” feeling .

Cons: The navigation in the spa area was a bit complicated as the illumination was too dimmed and it got hard to read what was written on the golden sign plates. We nearly got lost with my little son but hopefully found Hammam in the end. Also the massage price 170 was too high for a short 1hr regular massage .

Absolutely amazing.

Pros: Absolutely fantastic location and the hotel was very clean, the staff were amazing and catered for all your needs great place to stay

Cons: There was nothing that i did not like about the hotel it was an amazing hotel overall

Pros: Very nice spacious rooms with amazing view of the city. Especially rooms on higher floors. Bathroom is also very nice and spacious. Locations is good and there are good restaurants nearby

Cons: Reception is a bit dull and doesn’t feel very welcoming

Pros: We was like everything the hotel its beautiful same the spa area and very good breakfast. The reception man can’t remember his name was very kind the check in was easy, the roomservice it’s very good the food was very nice,thank you.

Excellent stay in Istanbul but treatment matters

Pros: Visited Istanbul for a long weekend and had a very nice stay. Our room was on the 11th floor and was a spacious one and very well equipped. The view was good, although I expected to have a bigger window, which other rooms provided. In comparison to the room size it looks \

Cons: The second night, the neighborhood room started partying from 9pm till next morning 7am. I complaint to the reception but they haven't taken any action although promised to send the security etc., to resolve the problem. And unfortunately, the story continued the second night as well. So for two nights practically the personel hasn't taken any action to manage the issue. When I checked out Sunday morning, I expressed my complaint in person and asked to see the general manager. Due to Sunday I was told that he was not available and the lady at the reception just told me the typical story that they are sorry etc. However, that excuse was of no value.

Pros: Their hospitality services are exceptional. Rooms were spotless especially the bathrooms which are my major concern on every vacation, I give them 15/10. They kept rooms tidy. The staff were helpful. What you see on the pics is what you get, actually its way better than what you see. All things equal, we will stay there again. 💯

Cons: Honestly nothing.

Perfect spot: shops, food, and sights just steps away.

Pros: Perfect location! The metro station is right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around super easy. There are several shopping malls within walking distance, plus lots of restaurants and little shops nearby. It’s also close to the Bosphorus, and thanks to the great public transport, reaching Sultanahmet (the old city) is really simple.

Luxury at its Best

Pros: Perfect location, perfect staff, perfect hospitality. This hotel locates in the heart of the city and travel is very easy around. The room was just perfect and we liked everything about this facility.
