Warm welcome; quiet hotel

Pros: I had a very warm welcome here from all members of staff. The room was very comfortable (I think I was upgraded) and quiet. The breakfast is fairly simple but the outdoor terrace is a very nice space. I found the location useful for travelling to IST airport (there's a direct metro line but the walk from the station entrance to the platform is very, very long!) and also into Taksim. The location is quiet and there are a couple of decent restaurants nearby (one good value and one smarter). They were more than happy to keep my bag safe in a back room after I'd checked out. I was very pleased with this choice.

Cons: The balcony rail is very low. This was fine for me, but watch out if you're unsteady on your feet!

Overall great value for mony, close to delicieus food options enjoyable breakfast with nice sitting

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean beds

Cons: Located a bit down the ramp and street is a bit narrow for taxis if they have to wait for you

Pros: Excellent staff and a very good location of the hotel! I was visiting as I had an exam at the Prometric centre which is about 10 minutes walk next to the Metro station - making this hotel a great choice if you’re visiting for exams.

Cons: Breakfast was very decent but could be improved by adding yoghurt

Pros: The ambience of the place. It was nice, spacious rooms and comfy hotel. The staff were excellent.

Cons: The best option to commute from hotel is to use metro which is 5 minutes. Uber and taxis are not reliable and take alot of time due to traffic etc.

Family stopover in Istanbul

Pros: Great location, close to the metro station to central areas and airport. Tidy and clean. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

Cons: Hair drier seem to stop working after some time and then you have to wait until it starts working again. Bathroom floor is very slippery when wet.

Peaceful and convenient.

Pros: Close to metro for the airport and historic centre. The hotel is in a quiet street away from noisy traffic. Close to restaurants, supermarket and banks. Nice breakfast.

Feels like home

Pros: This place makes me feel like home each time. It is clean. It has friendly staff. It is conveniently located and many more positive things.

Cons: Due to weak insulation, It sometimes becomes too noisy if you come across some inconsiderate guests next door.
