Everything the property could do to make the accommodation pleasant was done. They were great.

Pros: At arrival the room was clean and everything was in order. We had fresh towels, there was always hot water, the AC worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was excellent (fast and stable), the fridge was ice cold, the interior of the building and the lobby were very comfortable, nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and approachable, they made sure everything was always in order and even helped us book a cruise. On check in they were pleasant and the check in process was very easy and well done. We payed the agreed upon price at the property and got our key straight away. In the local area there is a Carrefour SA and a very nice bakery and Taksim square is relatively close. Everything that I will say in the “What I didn’t like”about the property could not be helped by the staff. So I am very happy with my stay and grateful to them for everything.

Cons: The property is located on a bit of a steep hill when going to Taksim Square, but it is nothing too serious, only a couple of meters. The neighborhood is a bit dirty and dreary, but the property can not do anything about it. Because of the dirty neighborhood there is a very small scent, a bad smell, but you will notice that most of Istanbul smells like this, so again this is not something the property can help.

Pros: We liked that carrefour was near the hotel and there are 2 great restaurants nearby

Cons: You have to go up or down to go to taksim or anywhere which is exausting

Pros: The best accomodation we could find in Istanbul: reasonable price, very clean and confortable, close to Taksim Square, free parking place, good Wi-fi. Our host, Iacob, was an amaizing guide: he informed us about places to visit or to have a good meal at best prices, he took us with electric car up to the hill. Thank you!

Pros: It was wonderful staying there I fell at taksim square and had a foot spasm I wasn't able to walk even so I stayed in my room and the guy hassan at the reception helped me so much and took really good care of me I'm really thankful to him

Pros: Had a great stay! The staff were very helpful—special thanks to Hassan and Yaqoob for their support and letting me check out late. Markets and shops were easily accessible. The room was clean, air conditioning worked well, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks—see you again!

Cons: Having a slope hill from the Hotel till the Takism Square. Would highly recommend some kinda electric car for people with luggage to go up the hill or down the Hill.

A great place for a short vacation

Pros: I liked the politeness and attitude of the staff, the cleanliness and the amenities in the room. The huge pluses for me were the presence of air conditioning, a refrigerator and drinks

Cons: Small problems - the bathroom door wouldn't close, the kettle is inconveniently located due to the socket and does not turn off by itself

Pros: Honestly the friendliest staff i’ve ever met. Genuine people who are great hosts and lovely people to just chat too. this hotel it exceeded my expectations completely. Great value for money. This is where you should stay.

The location and facilities worsed for this money

Pros: In the reception was Jakob,very helpful and polite guy. The room was cleaned every day,the towels were changed every day,the coffee and tea was free for us even though breakfast wasn't included.

Clean hotel - great location.

Pros: Nice hotel, good value, and a great location for Taksim Sq. Spotlessly clean, very friendly staff (who spoke good English) and strong WiFi connection. Lots of hot water, a comfortable bed, efficient air-conditioning, and very quiet. No elevator, but the staff were happy to carry suitcases up to the room. This place should definitely be considered if you want a clean and well located hotel near Taksim.

Cons: Steep (but short) hill to get to Taksim Sq, but nothing bad enough to put anyone off going there.

Pros: Everything was absolutely amazing, every need was met and we had no problem. Super attentive, gave us advice when needed.

Cons: This is not a downside to the hotel, they have no fault. The road to get to Taksim is a bit difficult to handle as it's a very steep one. But this is how Istanbul is laid out.
