Pros: Our stay at Naz City Hotel Taksim went very well. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention goes to Rahma, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. We truly appreciated the quality of service and would gladly return.

Pros: Sauna and pool was nice to have, super chill there. They helped me prepared a birthday surprise in the room - free of charge! Thank you. They had free transport to the square where you can take public transport from. There was a supermarket and a nice bakery open 24h just next to the hotel.

Cons: There was nothing in the area, so you could not really just walk out from there.

Amazing, excellent stay, definitely will return again

Pros: All the staff people ( receptionists, staff in a breakfast restaurant, ladies in spa, cleaning ladies and drivers, all were great and always supportive ) were very nice and very helpful. Pool, spa and breakfasts were excellent, also shuttle to Taksim square was great.

Nice hotel

Pros: Very clean, spa facilities are great and not busy when we were there. Staff are polite and very responsive. Wouldn’t have enjoyed the stay if it wasn’t for the 24/7 shuttle service.

Cons: Although location is very close to Taksim, you have to go up a very high hill, however the shuttle made up for this. Breakfast selection wasn’t huge but the choices available were delicious.

Pros: They have a nice shuttle that take you to Taksim and other spots where you can easily access the Metro

Cons: The hotel is used by a lot of capilar surgery patients because the hospital is just above it, so the breakfast is like Halloween customs with everyone bleeding from the head.
