Tryp by Wyndham Istanbul Beyoglu

Pros: Beauty and Modern Hotel in IIstanbul. The service was good and the rooms were clean. They refill water every morning The best thing is that the three employees: Neslihan, Mahmut and Yahya helped my friend escape a dangerous taxi scam. We sincerely thank you and your service.

Pros: The hotel is new, rooms have enough space and very nice desk to work at

Cons: Minor manageable things like food room service had difficulty with order in English, though stuff is very friendly and i was not left without food.

Nice clean rooms, good property

Pros: TRYP is a good hotel with nice clean rooms. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good but could have more variety daily. We were there for 3 Nights, and we got same menu for 2 days with just one different item on the 3rd day. All staff members are very good. The waiters, reception staff and even the daily shuttle driver to taksim, all were very helpful. Many local restaurants nearby was a bonus. Overall its a very good Hotel for family stay.

A comfortable stay with polite staff and decent breakfast, though housekeeping could improve.

Pros: The breakfast was decent with a good standard taste, and we appreciated the made-to-order omelettes. The stay was comfortable, and the staff were polite, patient, and helpful in answering our queries and guiding us.

Cons: Breakfast could have more variety and differ day to day. Room cleaning could be improved. During our week-long stay, effective cleaning was done only on 2 days; on the remaining days, cleanliness was not satisfactory. Hair was found on the floor, face tissues were not refilled, and water bottles were not restocked daily—only on 2 of the 6 days we stayed.

Nice New Hotel with very Polite Staff

Pros: Customer relations.. At the reception we were greeted by Abdurrahman and Hasan. They were both, from the beginning until the end of our stay, extremely polite, supportive, helpful. We arrived with my husband in the morning after a very early flight, and they greeted us politely, because of availability, they were helpful with an early check in. They supported us with all of our questions and also with free shuttle to Taksim. There was also Yuksel in the restaurant part who was polite during the service. I was attending a seminar in Sheraton near by. When I was searching for a accomodattion near by, this was the only hotel with reviews of polite staff, which turned out absolutely refreshing! The room we stayed was comfortable for 3 Nights.

Cons: There was one things we were not very happy with; we stayed at the 5th floor. The water was not hot, but warm (it was not cold, but juat not hot enough for me). The other thing was the air circulation. Even we kept the window open somehow the room had no enough air circulation which caused humid. But it is a nice, new hotel. And we are sure after sharing out experience there will be some actions taken.

Pros: This hotel is a must stay in when you are in Istanbul! Everything about it is simply amazing - the location, how clean it is, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly! I have to highlight especially Cansu, who is very patient and kind, a wonderful girl! Overall, a great experiance :)

Wonderful hotel

Pros: A wonderful hotel. Abdurahman is a miracle of a man and special praise goes to him. He regularly drove us to Taksim and was always available for any other help. We suggest that the hotel management give him a special reward. Also, the receptionist Cansu was professional and kind. We will definitely be back.

Great stay

Pros: During my last trip to turkey with my wife , we visited istanbul twice and trabon in between ; hence we stayed in 3 different hotels ; my reviews for the first 2 already done , however the last hotel i stayed in which is TRYP , i was given a free upgrade for the room which i booked an hour ago , the thing i want to highlight it is not the upgrade but the great customer service initiative by the receptionist jansu , that rescued our last 2 days in istanbul to have good memory to leave with, the girl is super professional and suppirtive in all means ; if i would book again for TRYP then the main reason will be her unpararelled service .
