CHER HOTEL & SPA Taksim

Pros: We really loved the hotel, especially the attitude and kindness of the staff. We would like to especially mention Fettah from the reception, who always helped with a smile and gladly answered every question and request. Olso the lovely housekeeper, and the checker at the entrance to the dining room - all of them were wonderful. In addition, there is a shuttle from the hotel to Taksim every hour, which was very convenient. Overall, a very positive and recommended experience 🌟

Cons: The mattress in the bed was too firm, which made it not very comfortable. The staff tried to help, but there wasn’t much that could be done.

Pros: When we came on reception Ibrahim was very nice and friendly and he speak english and he give us big welcome its very profesional. And young men who was with him student Omer Faruk was very nice educated young men with so many quality. This two personal and others personal give a charm to hotel. Thank you very much and i hope we will come again. InsAllah.

Cons: Lamp in bathrom dont work and one near the bed are broken. Breakfast must be little bit reachest.

Pros: We booked our stay at Cher Hotel & Spa Istanbul at the very last minute after having a disappointing experience at another hotel, and honestly, choosing Cher turned everything around for us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome and took all the stress away. A special thank you to Ahmet, Fettah, and Beratcan — these three went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, smooth, and genuinely memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed really stood out and made our trip so much more special. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. It was exactly what we needed after a rough start to our trip, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience we had here. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Cher Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Istanbul. An amazing stay thanks to an incredible team!

Good experience at the Cher Hotel.

Pros: Overall it was a fine stay. Do not expect a five star accomodation and service, it is more like a 3+ in western Europe, but for a price I paid it was more than a fine. Breakfast has many options at first but than you realize that it is the same every day. Spa area is free, wich is great, but pool and steam sauna could be more clean, mold is visible at some spots. Free shuttle to Taksim is also a well appreciated, othervise you have a steep 20 minutes walk to Istiklal street.

Pros: ​I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it, particularly for guests who appreciate comfort and exceptional hospitality. ​From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. This level of attentive service truly stood out and made my trip memorable. The breakfast was an absolute highlight! It was a typical Turkish spread with a fantastic variety of both hot and cold dishes. It was the perfect start to every morning.

Cons: The only minor issue I encountered was that the air conditioning was not functional during my stay. I had to sleep with the windows open to get fresh air. Luckily, it was winter and the temperature was very pleasant, but this is something the hotel should address for warmer months.

Good location

Pros: The room was spacious and clean, the staff was nice and the location was close to Taksim and Istikal street. Also the shuttle bus is a good ideea.

Cons: Same choices for breakfast. I would recommend to change 2 main courses every day for at least 4-5 days.

No faults, loved it

Pros: Wow, such tentative staff. Great spa facilities and discounted prices. Nice food. Lovely room. Great location not far from Taksim square and easy to get around Istanbul. Amazing price. Would definitely come back

Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had booked a junior suite and a standard double room for my family. They made sure both the rooms were next to each other. The staff was really nice and co-operative. For the last day, I had paid for breakfast for 6 people but we had to check out prior to the breakfast being served, so they gave us sandwiches and water to out upon our request.

Cons: Hotel Wifi could have been better.
