Everything was great.

Pros: Everything was great. I chose this hotel because of its good location. It was clean, and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly at breakfast and at the reception. A big plus is the shop in the same building.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help — especially serkan and gokhan, who made my stay even more pleasant with their kindness and support. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the location made it easy to get around. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros: I like that location because the local market is so close, i could have good local experience. if you don't like that, you can skip it. Taksim square is a little far from this hotel. but it is walkable. All staffs are very kind, so i was happy with them.

Pros: The hotel is good, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff’s service is amazing. They help with everything you need. Especially Serkan, who assisted me with everything I needed at any time, always being very kind and courteous

Cons: I found the facilities in my room a bit old and lacking maintenance.

One of the most beautiful memories of Istanbul.

Pros: This is my first time in Istanbul however I recommend byrich hotel to everyone who travels solo or with friends. The included breakfast is so nice, basically the same level as the ones popular turkish breakfast restaurants I have paid. Hospitality is amazing. I had problem with the SIM card purchase and cash withdraw, staffs helped me heartfuolly and even walked me to the nearby ATM and local SIM card store. I really appreciate. Thank you for giving me such a nice memory of Istanbul and I will definitely come back again!!!!

In any case, highly recommended.

Pros: The room is excellent—very clean, with great attention to hygiene. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from Taksim and 20 minutes from the Galata Tower. Special praise goes to the staff for their outstanding service and helpfulness in every aspect, especially Mr. Serkan Günay, who is extremely attentive and welcoming, likely in a managerial role.

Cons: No complaints at all.
