Very good compromise for a week-long vacation.

Pros: Good location and excellent breakfast. The personnel were very accommodating and nice.

Cons: The room was not big, not enough space to store the luggage and wardrobe small. The personnel was nice though to propose a change of room.

Amazing stay

Pros: This place is so close to the Taksim square ,very close to the metro from there you can go anywhere. Also very close to Istiklal street it is easy to do shopping. The staff is so nice ,I recommend people to take on the offer to get a transfer arranged by the hotel to and from airport. The actual facilities are lovely there is a pool sauna hamam on the lower ground floor and the breakfast is so good ! The rooms are clean actually there is a cleaner every day and beds are comfy .

Pros: Location was excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The spa was cozy and relaxing. The room was clean and offered a lovely view of the town from the 5th floor.

Cons: The hotel is located beside Taksim square like 10 minutes walk or less but the street in front of the hotel is very steep The room is sooo small. I've got twin beds. The size of the beds is too small for an adult to sleep. Just like kids beds size . I asked the staff about it and they were very understanding I had to upgrade and change the room and I paid for that The view from the 1st room wasn't the best.. see pictures
