Hotel Han

Pros: Very close to the old city sights, helpful staff obtaining a taxi to the airport. A very brief stay in Istanbul was easy and worthwhile

Good location and breakfast

Pros: The location is perfect to go by foot everywhere. The breakfast was well served and the people very nice. We had a nice balcony.

Cons: Some living room pillows where not to clean but the ones to sleep were fresh and clean.

Pros: The room was clean, breakfast was good enough, staff very helpful. Excellent location. Early check in possible. Very quiet street. Good value for this price.

Cons: Bathroom was too small. Some renovations needed. No slippers no bathrobe were provided

Great location

Pros: When I arrived, the staff at the counter helped me and my friends carry our luggage up the stairs to the third floor. The room is spacious and comfortable. Clean bathroom. The heater works well. The location of the hotel is close to Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque.

Cons: If it can be improved, the hotel owner can provide at least an electric kettle and some cooking utensils such as cups, bowls and ovens. There is a kitchen in the room but it cannot be used.

Good value for money.

Pros: The location of the hotel means you can easily walk to many of the most interesting places in the city centre. The breakfast was also very good.

Cons: Without being anything serious, the area is a bit noisy at night. The bathroom smelled a little bad.

The charm of Istanbul will always make you come back.

Pros: You cannot get a better location. I have stayed at Hotel Han on 3 trips and its always what's expected, not perfect but comfortable clean and homely. Having the Barbecue restaurant at your doorstep is also great to end your day of excursions. Always a lot of fun with the friendly staff. Great access to the tram station that you can easily get around on to limit long walks. Although in that area that can also be a good thing.

Cons: There will not be much to dislike about hotel han, if you don't like early morning chanting by the priests at the mosques it might be a problem for you.

Pros: Excellent location, nice area, old building but very clean.

Cons: No lift so a little struggle if you have big suitcase
