Good quality, clean hotel

Pros: Comfortable and clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood, friendly staff that accommodated my last-minute request for change of dates. Good breakfast with varieties offered, and additional restaurant options available in the mall nearby. Free parking available as well

Pros: Friendly staff, close to shopping mall. Good location.

Pros: If was in a ok location with a shopping mall attached at the back and with nice restaurants near there.

Pros: Nama je ovo bila usputna stanica, prespavali smo samo jednu noć. Imali smo pusacku sobu, sto je za nas bilo odlično, s obzirom da sobe nemaju terasu. Takodje, veliki plus je sto hotel ima parking. Osoblje je bilo veoma ljubazno. Doručak je bio ok, solidan, ali kafa bi morala da bude mnogo bolja.

Cons: Sofa u sobi je bila bas flekava, a i inače bi bilo korisno jedno temeljno čišćenje. Sve vreme je radio samo jedan lift, sto ume da bude problem.

Pros: Water pressure was very good. Bed was very comfy.

Good one night stop on our journey. Exceptional comfy pillows!

Pros: Very comfortable bed with exceptional pillows! We had a twin room and each bed was a good size, larger than a standard single. Lots of choice for breakfast, although not a lot of hot food items and only limited cereal. You could ask for eggs to be done any way, which was good. Plenty of varied Turkish breakfast items in the ‘help yourself’ buffet. Turkish tea glasses were far too small. Used the gym and it was good. Location was next to a shopping mall, so there were restaurants to choose from in the evening. We parked right outside the hotel.

Pros: Wonderful family room! Very good breakfast! I would choose it again!

Cons: The two designated disabled parking spaces were illegally occupied by other guests, and despite our repeated requests from the start for the reception to notify those guests and have their vehicles removed, the reception completely ignored the issue. As a result, we had to wait 25 minutes in the evening for the sole receptionist to come upstairs, retrieve the Audi key, and move the car himself. The guest (sic) didn’t even bother to come down. This level of negligence is utterly unacceptable. The hotel’s policy and handling of accessibility for people with disabilities is disgraceful.

Pros: clean and has a great locations.. it connect with the Mall from the back..

Cons: no one help you with you're luggage.. you have to do it yourself.. they won't answer at all.. you call the reception many times but no answer..

Pros: The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Traveling on motorbikes we were able to park them safely in front of the entrance.

Cons: The surrounding area is not very nice, the hotel is adjacent to a mall , and far from the center.

A very good experience

Pros: The location is excellent especially it's close to Symbol mall. The breakfast is good and needs little bit more variations. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Very little amount of tea and coffee sachets. No herbal or green tea available.
