Pros: The location was excellent (many restaurants near by). It was very well connected on foot and with public transport to everywhere we wanted to go (hagia sofia, blue mosque). The apartment was big and well equipped with almost everything we needed (air conditioning, fridge and also washing machine). The owner Orhan was very kind and extremely helpful. He even came to pick us up downstairs and helped carry our luggage when we couldn't find the apartment.

Cons: For the price, the location and the facilities available I have nothing to complain about. If anything, the apartment could benefit from some modernization.

Pros: Orhan is a legend of a guy to deal with, very helpful and understanding. The property is in pretty good and clean condition. Location is ideal and close to all popular spots like Blue mosque, Aya Sophia, Bosporus cruise and Bayazit Grand bazar, all within 1km.

Cons: Just the surrounding hotels and restaurants are too expensive and even the food is not fresh or not cooked properly. Try going out to Food Street near grand bazar.

Very suitable choice

Pros: The accommodation is very clean and the employee in charge, Orhan, is very cooperative and kind. All the required supplies are available. A very good choice and I will stay there on my future trip.

Cons: Everything is good, there is nothing I didn't like.

Great location

Pros: Great location—Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazar, Sultanahmat High Street, etc. are all within walking distance. The host is incredibly kind and always available. He went above and beyond to assist us with the car rental service.

Pros: Great little apartment with 2 separate bedrooms that can cater for 4 easily. Great location as only minutes from the Blue or Sultanahmet mosque. Plenty of local restaurants and eateries literally at the door. And the owner is very attentive and helpful.

Pros: Great location and size. Having a washing machine was a bonus.

Cons: The shower head wasn’t secure and kept falling down. The main bedroom. curtains let in the street lighting all night.

Pros: We stayed here for three weeks. The apartment was great; clean, well-sized, well-located, well laid out and with all the facilities a family could need including a full-sized fridge, proper stove, good pots and pans and, marvellously, a washing machine. Orhan was an excellent host. Even before we arrived he was on WhatsApp seeing if we needed anything, and he helped us a lot organising things like Istanbulkart, phone cards and taxis; basically, whatever you need, Orhan will help you organise it. One thing to note for visitors, Orhan makes use of GoogleTranslate to help him communicate, so if you get a WhatsApp message from him that seems a little odd, that is because AI is not yet perfect.

Cons: Not a criticism of the apartment per se, but GoogleMaps has the address wrong. This is an issue for a number of places along this road, as we learned from other travellers staying nearby. It means that if you. or your taxi driver uses GoogleMaps to find the address, you will end up close to Kardigi Park and not down towards the Kucuk Aya Sofya, which is where the apartment is. If you use WhatThreeWords, the exact location is deflate.obstruction.winters, and is directly above the restaurant shown in the photo Orhan provides. If you get Orhan to organise the taxi for you (which he very kindly did for us, at the last minute, when the taxi company we ordered through booking.com couldn't accommodate an unforeseen flight change and both it and booking.com left us in the lurch), he will make sure the taxi arrives at exactly the right place and will be waiting by the front door to greet you when the taxi arrives; all for no extra charge.

Pros: Recently visited Istanbul and stayed at Apartment Sultanahmet with family. it's a great location to main attractions, clean and spacious accomodation and the owner Orhan was such a friendly, kind and helpful host. I would definitely recommend this place.
