Poland 🇵🇱

Pros: Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum i ulic handlowych. FANTASTYCZNA obsługa! Niezwykle mili pracownicy recepcji i bardzo uczynni. W moim imieniu dzwonili w niedzielę do apteki, aby upewnić sie, że jest czynna, a kiedy wrocilam nie mogąc jej znaleźć Pan mnie osobiscie zaprowadził. Dzień wcześniej jeden z pracowników poszedł osobiście ze mną do punktu usługowego i pomógł w tłumaczeniu, abym otrzymała usługę, ktorej potrzebowałam (a bylo to pilne i nietypowe).

Cons: Jedyna uwaga jaką mam to poziom czystości. Hotel ewidentnie ma swoje lata i to po nim widać. Jestem to w stanie zrozumieć i zaakceptować, jeśli są to tylko znamiona czasu widoczne na budynku, jednak np. pościel miała też plamy, ktorych już sie nie dało doprać, a to już nie było przyjemne.
