Pros: Very convenient to metro - easy to get to Taqsim and old City without any hassle if taxis and getting stuck in traffic Break is amazing ! Worth the extra payment it’s a full all out 5* buffet

Pros: The staff at the hotel were outstanding and extremely helpful, attentive, and professional. I would like to give special recognition to Suleyman Ulu, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He was incredibly proactive, anticipating our needs almost before we even asked, and handled everything with remarkable professionalism and warmth. His dedication and attention to detail truly made our experience memorable.

Excellent hotel with the standard you would expect from Hilton.

Pros: The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (especially Ali and Rastin on reception), the comfort of the room which included a separate bath and shower, excellent breakfast and lunch in the restaurant, and New Year’s decorations.

Cons: There was only one bathrobe in the room and we had to ask for another. We were only at the hotel 3 nights but the second day neither water for the kettle, clean glasses nor tea and coffee were replenished. Once we asked they were all promptly delivered to the room.

I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly!

Pros: I don't think I ever met a lovelier staff! Unfortunately I only know the name of Yahya. He was a wonderful first impression of the hotel.

Cons: I only had a minor problem with the smaller shower head but I easily fixed it on my own.

A calm and interesting stay

Pros: The property was excellent in every aspect. The stuff were very kind and helpful, especially YANHA who helped us during a problem that we had. We accidentally locked our travel documents into the safe and he said immediately called for help. He even gave us coffee at the end of our stay. The breakfast was very delicious and the facilities clean and new.
