Pros: Very good breakfast! Like, the best i had in a long time. If you want you can order omlet straight to your table, a lot of variety of bread, jams, vegetables... Very attentive personel, thank you for everything!

Friendly and helpful staff, the lady who looked after the rooms on the 5th floor was really really helpful

Pros: Everything, it was clean and the services were excellent

Cons: The restaurant inside the hotel was a bit expensive

Very nice hotel, with a short metro trip from Isztambuli International Airport (IST)

Pros: Our room was on the 15th floor and had a beautiful view, was very comfortable and nice. The breakfast was very nice as well and so was the spa and pool area. Everything very clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful.

Pros: The hotel is in a very convenient location, supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. The staff are great, they take a lot of rudeness from customers that is not required and I was amazed at their patience.

Cons: Nothing, water is hot, housekeeping is brilliant and rooms are clean.

Pros: The hotel it self was really clean and has good service and amenities. The breakfast buffet was amazing! They change few items everyday so you get to try out new dishes. The upper flood for the breakfast has 360 view of Istanbul. Really beautiful. They even provided us with breakfast box service because we were leaving early before breakfast hours.

Cons: The only issue is the public transport is a bit further to walk.

Good and meeting expectations

Pros: Variety among the offer and through days, in particular on hot foods. I was there 3 days and I saw different types of food each day

Cons: No bread alone, just toast. Service sometime was not too quick to take out dishes, avoiding relexation

Stunning view and comfortable room in a nice and lively area.

Pros: The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the view on the city is stunning and the breakfast is such a joy - with a huge choice of sweet and savoury food (additionally, the breakfast restaurant is located on the 18th floor with a direct view on the sunrise on the Bosphorus). The hotel is very well located, on the direct line from airport as well as the direct line to the historical city center and close to the very lively area of Besiktas square.

Cons: There is nothing much to criticize - there was a light smell in the bathroom (from the pipes) but nothing that could not be dealt with by closing the bathroom door. On a more funny note, finding the right metro exit towards the hotel is a challenge in itself - do NOT head towards Zorlu shopping centre (you will end up in a huge shopping mall, 30 mins walk from the hotel), just head the opposite way.
