Lovely hotel in great location

Pros: Very modern , clean and central location for our visit. Room was serviced daily and the room service staff were exceptional.

Cons: The hotel staff mistakingly duplicated our bill so we were charged twice in error which was unfortunate and had to speak with the manager and await a refund once we had returned home.

Very enjoyable relaxing few days. Istanbul is a fabulously interesting city, not what I had fully expected.

Pros: We visited at a quiet time of the year, and duly enjoyed all the facilities, pool, sauna gym, nice restaurant. We had accidentally booked a smoking room which was horrible but the reception staff were very quick and happy to move us to a non smoking equivalent.

Cons: Not much. It was all very good.

A modern, comfortable & practical hotel, I recommend it.

Pros: Nice room on the top floor with great view, practical and comfortable hotel, delicious breakfast, great location to go to airport and around the city.

Cons: The waiters in breakfast were always in a hurry, I was getting up for a glass of water and they had pick up our plates before we finished. It wasn't nice either that they were picking up tables, pushing chairs and cleaning the area immediately on the end of the breakfast timetable, while guests were still eating. The bar on top floor isn't worth it. Small space with more noise from group of people eating, instead of music.

Second stay

Pros: This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again it was an excellent experience. The view is beautiful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are consistently attentive. A special thanks to Mr. Emre at the reception for his kindness and support throughout our stay, very professional. Housekeeping was regular and well done, and the breakfast team was always cooperative and friendly. The concierge service was also efficient and helpful. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views

Pros: Great location, the hotel is easily accessible… we got a beautiful room on the 15th floor, all staff members are friendly and helpful :) the pool and the gym are amazing
