Pros: Fantastic view of the water. Honestly, the most beautiful hotel room I've ever had. Solid wood flooring. Great room layout. Cooking facilities. Large fridge. Very nice crockery. A real double bed, not two mattresses covered with a large sheet. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating, it couldn't be better!

Cons: The mattress was a bit too soft for me. But that's not really a negative point.

Pros: Friendly and responsive staff; good location close to Taksim square, shops and restaurants; well-equipped room with nice bathroom. We were provided with a bed for our baby even though we haven´t booked it in advance, which was a big +.

Cons: Since our room was located on the ground floor close to hotel entrance, some noise from the corridor could be heard. We also missed a wall or curtain between the sleeping area and the living room.

Their reception was wonderful and I had asked to celebrate my birthday and I found them putting flowers with a card

Pros: The reception staff were great to deal with, especially Malek, who was helpful and cheerful with us.

Cons: It is a short distance from the street. The street is not suitable for the elderly.
