Great Memories!

Pros: the place is spacious, clean, bright and lovely! The neighborhood is amazing. The staff are super helpful and friendly. We had a balcony to the city skyline which was amazing. The experience ia absolutely worthy!

Cons: The location is on a hill, so it may not be fully suitable for people with limited mobility, especially due to the stairs. The connection to the metro at Taksim Square is convenient and not too steep. However, the route to Kabataş station is quite steep and involves climbing many stairs. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and used taxis occasionally, which made getting around easier. One thing that could have improved the experience is housekeeping, as no cleaning service was provided. With this addition, the stay could easily have been a 10 out of 10.

Pros: Great location, light and warm appartments, it's crucial in Turkey in winter

Cons: Probably lack of sockets and check out time at 11ap is frustrating a bit

Pros: Great location. 5 minutes walk from Taksim Square where you could get transport to anywhere in Istanbul. Nice little kitchen with all needs. Comfortable bed. Also a lift so need to climb the stairs. Allin all an ideal place to stay.

Pros: Very well equipped, clean and in a good location. It was nice having a manned reception desk downstairs 24/7. They kindly allowed us to keep our luggage there for free on our departure day.

Pros: The Istanbul Guesthouse is a really great place to stay in Istanbul - location, atmosphere, interior design - everything is amazing and has lived up to our expectations. Highly recommended. I would love to stay in Istanbul Guesthouse again.

Pros: clean, newly renovated apartment, high-quality furniture, and kitchen tools, spacious

Cons: Hilly streets from the tram station back to the apartment, but the Taksim area is hilly, so we already knew when booking this apartment. detergents like dishwasher tablets were not enough for 6 days of stay, but they provided them promptly upon our request

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect! There’s no better place to stay in Istanbul. The neighborhood is peaceful, within walking distance of all major attractions, and just a 5-minute walk to Istiklal Street. The area is full of some of the city’s best recommended restaurants and cafés. Our host welcomed us with a big smile and genuine hospitality — he even helped us with our luggage upon arrival, which is something you don’t see very often. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and felt brand new. Bright, spacious, and quiet, with an amazing view. We truly felt at home here. This will definitely be our go-to place for every future trip to Istanbul!
