Short family stay near Taksim square

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was also very good for the size and facilities of the room. The location was good - very close to taksim square and not too far from metro. The room was nicely decorated, and comfortable.

Cons: The shower pressure was a bit low but worked fine.

Excellent for those who do not have the ability to get a better hotel at a higher price.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and answered all my requirements. The place is spacious and can easily accommodate three people, I mean family rooms. The cleanliness was average, but when I requested clean bed linens, my request was met quickly. The air conditioning was great and the staff were respectful. I don't regret choosing it, but I wished it had a beautiful view and an elevator inside. Its location is close to everything, the BIM and the market are on the same street. In general, it is good, but a bit old, but the price, in comparison to the service and location, I recommend it.

Cons: I booked a room with a balcony, but the balcony was broken and had a broken emergency staircase inside, meaning I couldn't get out to it. It overlooked the skylight, not the street.

Nice place, exceptional people

Pros: Great location, great staff. Nothing really to complain about. Cleanness of the room might have been slightly better, but all in all a great experience.

Cons: There was an issue the first night with our room that wasn't available, but the staff fixed it the next day.

Pros: This hotel was an exceptional experience for me. One of the main reasons for its excellence was the reception team, who were fluent in English, Turkish, and Persian. Especially a receptionist named Amir, who was always helpful, kind, and truly outstanding in his service. If I ever visit the hotel again, I will choose this hotel again mainly because of its reception staff, especially Amir. I sincerely thank the hotel management for having such professional and dedicated employees.
