Very good hotel in central Taksim Square location, walkable to metro and connection to airport train
Pros: Great central location in lively central part of Istanbul within a short 10min walk of Taksim Square metro and connection to airport train. November is not a busy time for tourist hotels so hey gave me a small 2-bedroom suite even though I only booked a single room. The hotel has covered outside dining which was v pleasant even in November when the weather was still quite warm.
Cons: Electric kettle in bedroom for making tea, which is great, but the lead was too short to use safely.

Great location and good value.
Pros: Awesome location near the İstiklal Street. Nice rooms, but a bit outdated. You can sacrifice the room quality for an amazing location and be near Taksim and İstiklal.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit outdated and required renovation.

Pros: The staff were doing absolutely everything to ensure, our comfort and were very friendly. The location was perfect, directly goes to Istiklal st. The heart of Istanbul

Old, decent, quiet hotel in a perfect location.
Pros: Perfect location, just above Istiklal, a few minutes walk from Taksim square, in a safe, quiet street. My room was spacious (2 big rooms and big bathroom). The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, they provided us with everything we asked (iron, extra paper, extra pillows). The wifi was very good. In general, the hotel was a good deal.
Cons: The hotel is old. There are some improvements that should be made, like better lighting (not adequate light in the room or the bathroom for makeup, there were not small lights near bed), some hangers in the bathroom. There were not electricity sockets near beds.

Pros: The location was pretty good - close to Taksim metro station. However, because of the change of the hotel name of which we hadn't been informed, we were wandering for almost 2 hours around the neighborhood before we found it. Dragging our suitcases, it was very frustrating!
Cons: Well... we would have enjoyed a balcony, but knowing how it is with small hotels in a busy area, it's understandable...Facilities were not in good shape - difficulties flushing. Once we shared this at the reception, we were instructed how to press the flush button firmly and hold for some time in order to work. The upper body of the shower wasn't working either. So we had to either roll on the floor under the lower part to take a shower or use a cup to rinse. In the mornings, we were not able to get coffee at the bar. We couldn't help ourselves because there was no coffee at all - neither drip nor espresso. Did try to figure out the espresso machine - without any luck though. The receptionist was sleeping, although it wasn't that early - 8:30 a.m. and we didn't want to wake him up. Hopefully, you'll keep in mind the constructive criticism. Thanks!

Pros: Polite, friendly, and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Ideal location next to Istiklal Street, with the nearest metro station at Taksim Square just a 5-minute walk away. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to the city.

Pros: Very good hotel. Good personel and safe place a hotel with large rooms located in the city center. The rooms are clean and room service is available whenever you want. The most important thing for me was the elevator. I recommended it 👍🏼

The BEST place in Taksim Square
Pros: if I can give more then 10 stars I will. The place is great, loved the high ceilings in the room. Everything was clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is awesome and very polite. Didn't catch their names but the gentleman in the suit is awesome he will even teach you some words on turkish :D The young man that works in the restaurant so polite and always smiling and many thanks to the main guy who arranged everything ( we loved the VAN that picked us up from the airport ) so grateful to all of you for making our first trip to Istanbul so pleasant. I am definitely recommending this place to everyone that wants to be in the heart of Taksim Square!

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The rooms are big, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff were super kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
