Pros: We really had a fantastic stay. The location is very good small coffees and restaurants,shops around The staff are very friendly and professional they make sure at out stay was good. The room was very beautiful and clean. We were happy also to book throw the hotel a private transport from the airport to the hotel too.

Amazing staff and great location within Taksim / Istiklal

Pros: The location is just at Taksim / Istiklal. We stayed here twice for our trip in Istanbul. The staff were great and very helpful too. Special shout out to Zerevan and Ali. Did not manage to get the rest of the staff names. But nevertheless all of them are just amazing. You can also walk to Havabus Taksim and turn the left after exit from hotel is where Istiklal will be. They also help to keep our luggage safely.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Taksim, Istanbul. The location was ideal for exploring the city.. and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcomed and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it !!

Cons: However, the area did get a bit noisy at night due to nearby bars, and we experienced some crowd and noise. That said, the area felt secure thanks to a strong police presence. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would still recommend it!!

Great stay, excellent staff - will book again!

Pros: The rooms were very clean, new and comfortable. Booked a room for 3 people and it was very spacious. The hotel staff member was really nice and helped us arrange our transport, and even helped with the luggage.

Cons: The location of the hotel is great, however, the restaurant in front of it has live singing till 3am around 3-4 days a week. It’s really disturbing and if you’re a light sleeper or want a quiter place, then this may not be for you. Lift was very tiny but the stairs are fine especially for the first two floors

Cons: Street was very noisy during night. Location is very good, near Taksim, but feels a bit unsafe at nights, as it is back streets.

Cosy and homey hotel in the city center

Pros: I chose this hotel due its cosy and homely feeling. Spacious room, window awnings, bright colours, a lot of natural light and home like decor. And of course the prime location on Istiklal Street. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: It was just as I expected homey and cosy. But in need of some love and attention to detail. Part of the door frame in the bathroom was missing, exposing old tiles. Window awning was broken on one side. Windows were dirty. Broken faux plant leaning to the side. Broken hangers lying inside the wardrobe. The bed bench needs tightening up as it’s wobbly and leaning onto the bed. Of course it didn’t affect the room usability. But all these decorative things were what made this hotel really stand out from the rest when I was choosing accommodation.

It was unforgettable trip.

Pros: Location the best, staff very friendly and guys are most welcoming and attentive. If I decided to go to Istanbul again I would stay in this hotel again.
