Great hotel, even better staff.

Pros: The location was excellent, the person Ahmed on the reception was really really helpful. He was available 24/7 and went out of his way to accommodate our needs and wants.

Good value for the cost , I’ll be back

Pros: Very good for the price , right in the heart of Taksim So of course it’s noisy at night if your light sleeper , for me it was fine with some earplug

Cons: Would be perfect with window that let less sound enter

Overall amazing experience. Will definitely go there again.

Pros: Amazing location. Staff was exceptionally good. Everyone was super helpful. I will definitely go and stay there again.

Cons: Kettle was very dirty; looks like previous guests made tea in it and left as is ans no one cleaned it. No Laundry service. Gaps between curtains; although you can stop the outside light but you have to fiddle a bit.

Pros: Good hotel in the heart of Istanbul near Taksim and Istiklal. Very friendly stuff and clean rooms. Suitable for a short stay.

Cons: A bit noisy at night on weekends due to many tourist night attractions around. Nice view from the room on the 6th floor.
