Cozy hotel with excellent service

Pros: This hotel saved our trip because we were almost left on the street. Special thanks to its owner Aisha for taking care of us. Hotel close to Taksim square, easy to reach the center by walking along Istiklal Street. From the Istanbul airport you can reach by shutle bus.

Cons: The street is noisy, but this is Istanbul.

Pros: room nr 12 Is perfect to choose, sunset every night, really good service, needed hairdryer get in 5-10 min new one, happy with everything

Pros: Location. Close to the tram station. Plenty of affordable cafe’s and restaurants within close proximity. Havaist airport shuttle within walking distance which is very convenient and cost effective for arriving to and departing Istanbul. Room and bedding clean. WIFI was very good. The connection of the SMART TV was strong and stable when watching Netflix and Prime. An early 9am check in was allowed as our flight into Istanbul arrived at 6am.

Cons: The main entrance door to the building was often found open or unlocked. Aircon in room was not functioning effectively. The blind on the windows is not a block out material which causes the morning sun to wake up. This was annoying when we wanted to sleep late. Three down lighters fused. One above the bed, one upon entering the room and the bathroom light. No three point plug in room. This is critical for wanting to charge my laptop.

Convenient location in comfortable room in Taksim.

Pros: Great location with friendly staff who allowed for flexible check in times. The room was comfortable and provided what I needed which was basically just a place to sleep. Really close to a metro station which helped a lot. Plenty of restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel.

Cons: The hotel was a bit noisy. Might just have been the time I was there but could often hear people coming and going in a very inconsiderate way. My room was also street facing on the ground floor so I could hear a lot going on outside. I think there could be an improvement in toiletries provided.

Pros: All the staff is really friendly big thanks to Emre he is really nice and helpful the room is clean and new they change my bedsheets every time I wanted the cleaning lady is so kind the hotel is close to taksim square and everything is around food supermarket SIM card store I went out at night alone and it’s very safe neighborhood but if you’re staying more than one week better book the suite

Pros: Spacious, well lightеd, and clean room. It's 10 min. from Taksim Square - a vibrant location, but the place itself is very quiet. Our room was under the roof and had a broad view of the city from the balcony.

Cons: No lift. Climbing the stairs wasn't a problem for us as we didn't have much luggage.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. Great value for money.

Pros: We stayed here for 10 nights and enjoyed our stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean and the balcony view was lovely and nice for relaxing in the evening. The location was very convenient for accessing all metro, trams and funicular etc. We didn’t love Taksim square itself however this had nothing to do with the actual hotel. We had a couple of problems with our original room due to unusually heavy rain however this was sorted quickly by management and we were given a free upgrade for a couple of nights while the problem was fixed! Overall it was fantastic value for money and the staff were SO kind!!

Cons: We did have unresolved problems with the wifi for the last couple of days, however the staff did do their very best to sort this out.

Great staff and location during day time

Pros: Right in the city centre by Taksim Square, very clean and 24/7 reception pretty much. Special thanks to Bill, very helpful and kind.

Pros: Staff was extremely helpful and kind. They suggested even a choice - showed a few available rooms, so we choosed the most convenient for us. Breakfast was nice, included everything anyone needs. Good quality and service for this price.

Cons: Everything was really good for the price we payed.
