Pros: I would like to praise you in all aspects of the hotel – from cleanliness and comfort, to the breakfast and spa center. We truly felt like we were at home. The food was excellent, and that is exactly why we will definitely come back.

Cons: I did not like the lack of coordination among the staff. We had two or three minor situations that some employees made more serious than they really were. Fortunately, someone in a supervisory position always stepped in and resolved the issues. For example, the reception staff initially refused to exchange euros so we could pay for a taxi. In the end, a supervisor came and solved the problem. We also had an issue at checkout, when they tried to charge us for parking in a rather rude manner, even though parking was included in the room price. This was also resolved by a supervisor. That day, we tipped all the employees who were working – at least €20 each – including the restaurant staff, the staff who carried our luggage, and even the parking attendant who later asked for money. I hope this feedback will help improve the service, because the hotel is truly beautiful and I will gladly recommend it to others.

Pros: Comfortable room, very friendly and professional staff

Pros: We were very happy with everything. Firstly the hotel staff took note of my request for top floor and the view from the room with the premier square view is stunning .. The rooms and the hotel are very spacious ,the lightings control is great and the direct access to the mall is great bonus. Last but not least the gym ,the pool and the spa are on the highest floor so you have amazing view over the entire city.Security checks and screening at the entry is also very nice touch and makes you feel safe and relaxed.

Perfect place for a relaxing layover between flights

Pros: Great property, friendly staff, all new and very clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable!

Cons: Not much around to see and do, but it was perfect for a short layover between flights.

Pros: Room comfort, room amenities (iPad to control everything), cleanliness, and services are on a very high level. It's also great that it is connected to a very well presented mall with shopping and food options for any kind. It's my second time in this hotel, and I will come again.

Pros: The Hotel is located next to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants, no need to take a taxi.

Pros: Very calm and inviting interior, lot of beautiful art! All the hallways smelld really nice, everything was so clean! There were all the amenities you would need- pool, gym, sauna! Also the direct access to the great mall next to the hotel was nice. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Pros: Breakfast 🥞 was great with full hospitality specially from Ibrahem . Room was on the amazing view on the square. Everything clean , swimming pool and gym . Car parking 🅿️. The Address heel will be my first choice in Istanbul, EMAAR square and mall with multi brands and coffee / food court very nice 👌
