Pros: the staff was incredibly kind and the room was perfectly clean!

Cons: the breakfast room is very cold and the cappuccino was not included

Pros: Our second stay here this year, perfect location, staff are fantastic and the rooms are incredible would definitely stay again

Cons: The only down side was we are none smokers and there where rooms on the same floor that where for smokers. The smell would often come through from the corridor and into our room

Pros: Very kind and professional hotel staff, always responsive and helpful. Excellent location, close to everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall the stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Amazing stay with kind people

Pros: Upon arrival I was greeted in a kind manner . Nothing was too much trouble and me and my daughter were treated with respect and kindness throughout my week stay I highly recommend . The rooms are very nice and a good sleep even the economy rooms were nice I will return

Pros: Wonderful hotel! The location is excellent — everything is nearby and very convenient. The rooms are spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with everything new and well thought out. The high-quality bedding deserves a special mention — it was a real pleasure to sleep on. A special thanks to the reception staff: very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They made the stay even more enjoyable.

Pros: Very convenient location. Close to the Marmara University (and also well communicated with other parts of the city with buses and the Marmaray train). Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. The first room was dark due to the proximity of the neighbouring building. As I stayed in the hotel for almost a week, I asked for brighter accommodation. The lady at the reception was very kind, offered me a bigger and more sunny room, and requested no additional payment for upgrading. Thank you for your care and hospitality!

Cons: Other guests were smoking in the corridors and/or in their rooms. The smell of cigarettes went into the room.

Pros: Amazing place well connected with public transportation, cafes, restaurants and Bakeries close by. As a regular traveler and been to istanbul so many times this hotel always surprises me with the attentive and helpful staff specially Mr. merih and team who were so helpful and attentive with every details definitely will recommend with others. Keep a good work and keep excelling.
