Pros: I loved everything about this hotel — the privacy, cleanliness,location and the staff were all excellent. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and comfortable. This hotel is truly perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

Pros: Lovely staff, really made me feel welcome and safe as a solo traveler, helped with my bags and the cookies are delicious. Bed super comfy and the room service was super quick and delicious

Cons: Shame there was no sauna but the pool was beautiful

Pros: Location, access to public transport, friendly staff, very good breakfast, work area in the room

Cons: Depending on the travel groups, the hotel can sometimes be “overcrowded”, but that´s ok by far.

As usual: a very pleasant and successful business-stay!

Pros: As always, a very pleasant stay. Ideal and perfect for business trips. The connection to the financial district is perfect, with the subway practically on our doorstep. Ms. Safiye is always available and is open to all guest inquiries.

Cons: If you look for faults, you'll find them. I haven't been disappointed in any of my stays, so I can't say anything negative at this time.

Perfect for my business trip because of the location and quality services

Pros: The global services and the location with direct access to to the mall in the same building were fantastic facilities. They pool and the gym are great and the buffet breakfast very good too. Nice stay.

Cons: Prices in the hotel restaurant and terrace are a little expensive for the city.

Great for a business stay, with everything you need and plenty to keep you entertained in one place.

Pros: Delicious full Turkish breakfast with plenty of variety. The gym is small, fitting under a dozen people, but functional. Swimming pool available for relaxation. The hotel is connected to a 6-story mall, making shopping and dining very convenient.

Cons: The location is great for SAW Airport, but if you also use IST Airport, it’s about 45 minutes away without traffic. Not a big issue, but something to keep in mind for frequent travelers.
