Amazing staff looking after a clean hotel, which is very close to the city

Pros: Very close to the shops and the metro, amazing staff very friendly, courteous and professional. I’ve stayed many separate times and have been pleased each time. Staff are happy to assist with any problems faced. Thank you for the pleasant experience yet again! :)

Great hotel for the centre of Umraniye

Pros: Great hotel if you would like to stay central in Umraniye. Front desk staff were very supportive specially Aydn and Cengis

Cons: If I will nitpick, pillows were too firm for my liking.

Pros: Great hotel, so clean and smelt nice. Loction was central for the area but the area its self not great. Good public transport links. Really enjoyed the sauna and steam room

Amazing

Pros: The hotel is very nice. The room is amazing. All the team members were great specially Ali and the other two gentlemen from reception that helped me during my stay.

Cons: There was hair in the floor in the room and the sponge in the bathroom was open and not replaced before my check in
