Always a pleasant stay!

Pros: I have stayed here several times before and it is always pleasant, just like usual. The staff are very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Ahmet, Cetin and Cihan for the great service. The cat is a lovely addition to the place. I would happily come back again.

Pros: The stay was excellent, and the hotel was clean I thank the hotel manager and the reception staff were always helpful with everything. The hotel's location is Near Jawhar Mall, a ten-minute walk and grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are all nearby.

Best value for money hotel in Istanbul

Pros: All of the staff members were very kind and helpful, especially M. Ahmet who welcomed us nicely and offered us great tips about the city. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the sisli metro station and very close to the Cevahir shopping mall. The cleaning team also did an amazing job as they left our room impeccable each time. To summarize, it's the best value for money hotel in Istanbul, especially for first time visiters. Definitely would come again.

Pros: Great location right on the high street. Tasty restaurant meals. There is a 50% discount for the car park for hotel guests.Staff is always helpful.

Cons: Some of the bathrooms are a bit shabby. And some of the double beds are too shaky to be able to sleep next to someone else comfortably. Still great though.

Friendly Staff, Great location

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, specially KAAN. The location is superb about 300 meters from the mall and the street is lively with cafes and restaurants. tube station is nearby as well as the buses stops that takes you around the city.

Cons: Rooms are clean, but not exceptionally clean, the toilet wasn't enough clean, a little dust around the room and bed. I would rate the cleanliness 7/10.
