Wonderful hotel

Pros: Wonderful stay . This is my 3rd time . Receptionist to cleaners and kitchen staff are excellent. Rooms are exceptionally decorated and bathroom is top quality. Locations is super , very close to metro and excellent shopping centre near by also so much restaurants are snack bars . Highly recommend.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nothing was too much for anyone always had a smile for guests. My room cleaner on floor 6 was lovely and very helpful. Used the swimming pool

Pros: I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made my stay very comfortable. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip.

Pros: I usually stay at the nearby Marriott whenever I visit Istanbul, but this time I chose this hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised. I would like to especially appreciate the cleanliness and the kind, helpful staff. A special thank you to the reception manager and the SPA manager for their outstanding service and professionalism. I will definitely come back. See you again soon!
