Pros: I had a wonderful stay at The Buke Hotel and was truly satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, and I especially want to express my gratitude to Mrs. Oya. She was incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference and added a personal touch to the service. The room I stayed in was very clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning; it was delicious, fresh, and offered a nice variety to choose from. Overall, I’m very thankful for the hospitality and care provided by everyone at The Buke Hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Pros: Staff were really helpful and very attentive. Super selection at breakfast. Rooms spotless. Bedding and towels changed daily. I tram stop to Taksim Square , 2 stops to Galata Tower and Galata Port, 4 stops to Blue Mosque. Tram stop 5 minutes walk from hotel at Osmanbey.

Cons: Tv - Only one channel with English speaking programmes, the news channel.

Pros: It's a very good location, close to the major business centers and shops, but not on the main noisy street. The staff were very helpful, it was clean, the breakfast was very good.

Cons: As a personal preference, I like when there's support for the soap and toothbrush, I had to leave them on the counter.
