Pros: Good location surrounded with cafe, restaurants and few minutes walk to metro station and shopping mall , clean and tidy room . excellent and very communicated personnel at reception.

Cons: beds were short and narrow

Pros: The staff is always exceptionally helpful. And the hotel has a beautiful terass, where you can drink tea and coffee for free, work with your laptop and look at Istanbul

Wonderful Staff and Great Location

Pros: The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling and willing to help. We were even given a free room upgrade, which was such a nice surprise! The location is great – close to both the metro and bus stops, so it’s easy to get around. The room and bathroom are not very big, but everything is clean and comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and welcoming – it really feels like home, with such positive energy. 😊 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy place with wonderful staff!

Pros: The staff was exceptionally helpful. I had to change my dates unexpectedly and they did everything for me. The hotel has a small but very cosy terrace opened for guests, it was a pleasant surprise for me.

Pros: Wonderful, kind and helpful staff! Few gifts waiting on us in the room was a very nice surprise. I have never been in a hotel like this! Really reccomend! Localization very good. Breakfast good :)

Pros: the location is excellent 7 mins walk to metro and lot of shopping, and the staff are very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are clean all the facilities are in the room.

Cons: hotel is small with no lobby.
