Cons: When people smoked in the neighboring rooms (apparently it's allowed in this hotel), all the smoke came into my room. It was impossible to breathe.

Pros: The host was very nice. We really appreciated the breakfast in our room; all we had to do was call in the morning and it was delivered to our room within 10 minutes. The location was absolutely great, close to everything we needed and the football stadium.

Pros: Receptionist Ali is very helpful and always available. He finds solutions to all kinds of problems. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Location in the center Kadiköy. Prices are affordable.

Not your dream stay but it works
Pros: The staff was friendly and hospitable. The location is not glamorous (like many other places in the area), but close to everything in Kadikoy. The bed was okay, the temperature in the room was okay (some people would want it warmer), you had to wait for about 1 minute for the water in the tap to get hot in January, but that's understandable. The free breakfast was a nice addition – very very simple, but totally edible, brought to the room upon request until 10 a.m. The view from our room was to some kind of backyard and emergency exit stairs – rather good than bad. The curtains were not completely black out, but black out enough to get a good night's sleep. There are bins for separate waste collection in the room and outside. The WiFi connection was alright.
Cons: The biggest drawback is that there is no upper light in the room, only a bra and a floor lamp, so it's pretty dark in the evening. If you wanted to work or do something except for sleeping and watching TV, it would not be easy. There is no lounge zone except for the couch in the reception zone. The common areas are a bit rundown. The bathroom fixtures have known better days (clean but worn out). I got the impression you could get something fresher for the €55 in Istanbul but I'm not sure:)

Very good place, can recommend if you don’t mind the stairs
Pros: Cosy room with panoramic windows. Breakfast in the room. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and all you may need
Cons: The room we got was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator with very narrow stairs. The staff also helped to carry the baggage upstairs, but may not be very convenient for all. Also like said in previous reviews, there is little light available in the room, so it can be quite dark in the evening.

a wonderful place to rest and recharge
Pros: they are very attentive and kind. they helped me grratly when our driver left our suitcase at the curb, thanks to these people we had it back. their breakfasts are tasty and they bring them to the room. in general they were such a great find for my travel with a child , forever thankful for your kindness and help.
Cons: they don't have an elevator, but to be honest they dudn't allow me carry my suitcases. They always helped. this of course may differ for men guests, but I was happy they offered their help.

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent, we had a very quiet room and we slept great, Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, quite ok
Cons: Hotel does not have an elevator, so this is a bit of a problem if you have strollers, small children, etc., there are things in the rooms that need to be fixed.
