Pros: Been here for the second time already. We love the central location, the cozy interior and superb staff. Everybody is extremly caring and amazingly friendly. We had an extremly comfortable bed and slept like babies :)! We hope to be back very soon. Thank you

Superb stay!

Pros: Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are rather small but with much attention to detail. Clean, cozy. The staff is simply amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. We'll be back!

Happy with the choice

Pros: Is a cosy and comfortable hotel. The staff is really nice, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for our last night that we check out a 5am. Is a good location in the old town. The price is fair.

We only stayed one night, but we would have loved to stay much longer.

Pros: The lady who welcomed us was very attentive and friendly. The room was very pleasant. The breakfast was good.

Cons: The fact that there is no elevator can be inconvenient when carrying the luggage up to the room.

Comfy and clean near by center of Istanbul

Pros: Everything. It’s very cozy and very very close to the center. It takes about 5 minutes by foot to arrived at the tram station Sultanahmet near by Blue Mosquee. Also our host, Hulia, was very kind and helped us with everything we needed.

Cons: The room it’s a little bit more smaller than the pictures

Not grand, but genuinely welcoming — the kind of place that adds charm to your trip.

Pros: The hotel is located in the historic Sultanahmet district, close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and other major attractions, all within walking distance. Although it’s very close to the tourist areas, the street is quiet, allowing you to rest well after long walks.

Cons: The room was small — I stayed in 201 — but the bed was extremely comfortable. Considering that you come to Istanbul not to stay in the room but to explore the city, the limited space isn’t really an issue.

Pros: Very good,comfortable hotel, nice location close to famous touristic places, qualified and always willing to assist personnel. Will come back next time.

Great stay in Istanbul

Exceptional value for money!

Pros: 9 Doors was a lovely hotel- located very centrally, a walk into the main square would take 5-10 minutes with many shops and restaurants on the way. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures and the bed was super spacious and comfortable! The aircon was also very effective (quite necessary in the heat). The breakfast was good- effort was made to change the offerings on a daily basis and the hotel staff were very sweet, going the extra mile to offer umbrellas when it was raining, calling taxis etc. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a very comfortable room and great value for money.

Pros: We stayed for 3 nights at 9 Doors Hotel in Istanbul and had an excellent experience! The hotel is very clean and located very close to the historical center – just a short walk from Sultanahmet Square, where all the major tourist attractions are. It’s also close to public transport, which makes getting around really easy. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh options. The staff was amazing – very kind and always willing to help with any information or requests. A really nice gesture was that, for my wife’s birthday, they offered us a free upgrade to a deluxe room – an unexpected and much appreciated gift. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I’ll definitely come back! Thank you to the entire team at 9 Doors Hotel for your hospitality and kindness!
