Good place but the description needs updating to avoid disappointment

Pros: The place was in a good location and the staff were amazing and friendly. Very helpful when we had problems

Cons: The properly lists that it has 2 bedrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. but this isn’t the case. The room we booked is only 2 bedrooms and nothing more. We were disappointed as it was too small and booked it specifically for the kitchen amenities and bigger space but the lady at reception did everything she could to help and booked us into a local Airbnb instead (which had the hotel’s branded soap so I’m not sure if it was a part of the hotel or not as the description matched what we originally booked).

Pros: Really cute welcoming boutique hotel, staff was very nice, quick walk from the ferry, good heating in the comfortable room, nice shower & water pressure as well. Bonus points for the lovely cats who greet you every morning :)

Brilliant stay at Aya

Pros: We love Aya Butik. We were on the island with many other groups for a wedding and they accommodated us all very well, nothing was too much for the manager. Location is great, 5 mins walk from the main square. Good air con and facilities which were needed in the heat! Would highly recommend Aya to anyone having a short stay on the island.

Pros: Insanely beautiful hotel, the room is very clean and comfortable. The street is calm, so at night the only disturbances are the screams of seagulls and the singing of cats. I highly recommend this hotel

Cons: There was a smell from the sewer in the toilet... I had to close the door. The bathtub has absolutely no place to put personal belongings, hang things, etc., it’s quite inconvenient.

Lovely quiet hotel with helpful and accommodating team

Pros: Staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. Lovely breakfast - although there was some mix up with our booking for breakfast but the hotel was quick to resolve which was great. Just slightly out of town but easy walking distance which meant it was quiet in the evenings. Lovely courtyard reception / breakfast area. Room was very good size more than ample for a couple.

Cons: The courtyard is lovely however the rooms do face onto it and people are allowed to smoke there. We asked if they could not have people smoke immediately outside our room and the hotel was very accommodating on this. If the person on reception at night is on their phone you can hear them talking - we asked could he either lower his voice or talk just outside the hotel on the street as no rooms face that direction - again very accommodating although staff should be more cognisant of guests in their rooms sleeping. There is a small kitchenette but nothing to wash up with - we like to be clean and tidy.

Pros: Friendly staff, great breakfast, amazing place if you spontaneously decided to spend a night on Buyukada, they even have toothbrushes and toothpaste in the rooms.

Pros: Tolle Lage mit sehr schönem Hof und super Frühstück! Sehr nett und hilfsbereites Team. Internet gut zum Arbeiten.

Pros: Szuper, designos, kedves kis szálloda. Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, különösen a recepciós hölgy, aki a gondolatainkban olvasott és folyamatosan kedveskedett nekünk. Nagyon megéri a reggeli is. Igazi élmény volt, csak ajánlani tudom.
