Pros: The location is great, it’s 10-15 minutes walk from the center, Tram line is near, Staff is friendly. Rooms are equipped as shown in photos. Overall i would say my stay was very pleasant.

Good value central stay

Pros: The location was great and near the city centre and the price is relatively good for such a good location. There is not much to like about the apartment itself except for these two things. There are a lot of cats in the neighborhood and the street under the hotel is full of cafes and restaurants.

Cons: The apartments do have a kitchen, but it is not very usable. Firstly, you do not have the sufficient amount of pans and pots to cook in the kitchen and secondly, there was not a table we could use to eat, but there are enough bakeries, restaurants and cafes very nearby.

Comfortable and pleasant

Pros: The location is perfect, walking distance to all important tourist spots, surrounded by nice restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing. The hotel is in an old house, so the style is not modern and facilities are a bit old, but this is not a problem for us.

Excellent

Pros: Excellent location. Walking distance to many tourist sites and very close to lots of restaurants etc but not on a busy road. Staff very friendly and helpful. Place was clean with a good shower and comfy beds. Would highly recommend as an economical option for a large family.

Pros: We were in November 2024. The room (501) fully corresponds to the description. The room is clean. There are kitchen utensils. Comfortable bed. But the peculiarity of this room is a small track with an excellent view of the sea. On the track there is a small table, chairs. The staff is responsive, constantly in touch

Pros: Good location, closed to several restaurants, clean room. Small fridge, basic kitchen and coffee maker available.

Cons: Payment has to be in cash. No parking, car has to be left in the street. No elevator.
