Pros: Abdullah was very helpful and accommodate. The room was cleaned and warm when we arrived. The hot water, room heater, kitchen hot plate and all facilities works perfectly. We felt like home. The apartment location was very near to Cemberlitas tram station. Only 3 to 5 minutes walking. The room cleaned every day with fresh towel. Very recommended for those who wants to feel like home.

A lovely place.

Pros: We enjoyed the location of the appartment. Very close to Sultanahmet and Ayasofya, 10-15 minutes away from the Grand-Bazar, and about 20 minutes away from the Egyptian Bazar and the bridge to Galata. The place itself is pretty well equiped, and very clean as well as comfortable. There are some nice grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Cons: The only thing that annoyed us a wee was the waiting for hot water sometimes.

Great Hotel

Pros: I stayed here for seven days and I am very happy. The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to many tourist places and restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons: The only negative is that the rooms were a bit small. Otherwise, a really great hotel!

Pros: Very close to Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Nice staff.

Cons: When I made the room payment, they swiped my master card 2 times but they said it failed. Then I had to give them another card. But I still got the notification from the bank showing that I was charged twice from the first card. That means I was charged 3 times of the payment. The hotel said they just received only one payment. Now I am still waiting for the bank to check the status and hope to receive the two payments. The lesson learnt here is that you should pay by cash to avoid any risk or if you pay by card, just wait for the notification from your bank if it is charged or not. In addition, the room close to the ground was a bit noisy at late night.
