Beautiful, but overpriced

Pros: Hotel's design is exceptional, the beds are comfortable and the area with the pool is cute.

Cons: The property next door had a party till 2am and we couldn't sleep because the hotel isn't soundproof. The breakfast was nicely served but disappointingly limited - any Turkish cafe would be better for that price.

Memorable place

Pros: Cosy hotel with especial atmosphere, nice salted swimming pool with friendly staff (Ivan), tasty breakfast with fruits, fridge and coffee in the room.

Cons: No fan or airconditions in the room...but in June it was ok

Pros: Hotel Splendid is like having a holiday in an other century or in a Sherlock Holmes film. No hotel is like this one. The stuff is excellent, everybody has an other character of this imaginary film, just like the hotel itself. No five star is enough to express the unique experience of Splendid Palas.

Pros: I have no words to explain the feelings I bought my stay in splendid Palace Hotel - everything starting from beautiful architecture, location, staff was top-notch.

Pros: Charming structure, wonderful view and facilities, great breakfast

Cons: I understand the choice of not installing A/C due to the historical nature of the structure, but in summer rooms might result a little bit hot

Pros: Exceptionally good breakfast. Beautiful historic building. Very well kept and relaxing pool behind the house.

Cons: Unfortunately, the hotel rooms have no ac and the bathroom had no window to open. In the summer months it therefore gets VERY warm in the rooms. The hotel lobby, on the other hand, is pleasantly climatized.
