Pros: Its near to the Centre Istiklal street and Galata Tower just few minutes walk. The staff is understanding and always available to help the room was clean and had what i needed. There are local grocery stores next to the hotel.

10/10 would stay here again.

Pros: I like the staff Abdullah and his big brother Mohammed they served me well with a big smile helped me with direction and recommendations. I really enjoyed my stay here they offer my coffee and tea plus the location near by perfect where I need to go near tqusim center.also I requested to check out late they approve it everything is smooth. I like the lobby 24/7 it feel safe at night, also the have hot water always they offer the best things they can to do . I also like the painting in my room have African theme and the decoration was classic they offer wake up service to make sure to make your appointment on'time if you are in business trip .I will return back in the same hotel soon if I came back to Turkey, Istanbul.Recommended

Cons: I don't like that the first day they don't let me check inn early as I requested before my arrival. The room was available and the check-in time was two to three hours away they let me pay extra for full day in order to check-in. That was not cool and I didn't like it at all.if the room was not available will understand but was clean and available and they don't let me in after I paid full day extra they don't have a credit card machine they must have one I have to go look for ATM to pay them cash in a bad weather conditions was rainy day. I was thinking they will be flexible payments for later that time I was tired from my flight but they say no. Pay now in full you enter so I paid to get a rest. Also things I don't like is they need to keep renovation and fixing broken stuff in the bathroom like the showers from time to time. Also thing I don't like they safe box in the room is not working and is not connected to the wall.

Pros: Great location, very close to main attractions and public transport. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean, and the stay was comfortable overall.

Cons: Honestly, nothing significant. Everything met our expectations.

Pros: Hotel staff and hotel location is outstanding. As well as the apartment itself was near and clean.

Pros: Very friendly stuff and good people. Everything was good. Close to Taksim Square and busses and Metro. Room very clean and everything else in satisfaction.

Pros: The geographical location is very good. It is next to Taksim Square. It is convenient to go anywhere and easy to find. It is very cost-effective.

Cons: The water pressure in the bathroom is slightly small. Everything else is fine.

Pros: The receptionist was very friendly and caring. The room was very spacious and clean. Strong wifi connection. Very close to Taksim square.
