Very good in general. The room could use 4sqm to be more comfortable to move.

Pros: Always clean, polite staff and breakfast was really nice.

Cons: The two person small bedroom is really small.

Great place to stay in the heart of the city.

Pros: Excellent location! All staff and especially the receptionist Ahmet were really helpful. They even offer shower caps, slippers, dental kits, cotton puds, etc for free. Really helpful in case you have forgotten yours!

Cons: Everything was great!

Nice hotel with excellent service. Top location and with private Hamam

Pros: Hamam in the room was great. Ceiling lights are actually bright (despite to all other hotels world wide). Generously large room. Room service is extremely quick and good.

Cons: Sink always halfway clocked and bathroom furniture worn out. Breakfast could offer some more variety. A table-like furniture was missing. Couch table is small. We prefer cotton towels.

Pros: Well appointed small (as advertised) room, perfect for a solo traveler or a short trip, just moments from one of the main drags of the city, in particular had good night life around. Good variety of options for a Turkish style breakfast served till 11. The staff were very helpful and courteous

Absolutely worthy !!!

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel! It was very clean looked like the pictures and we really appreciated that our room was cleaned everyday . We absolutely loved Ahmet the receptionist -he was very helpful about things to do or find around the city but also very polite and funny . We ll make sure to choose them again at our next trip to Istanbul.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay with a crystal-clean room, perfect location, and daily housekeeping service.

Pros: I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and how centrally located it is, with easy access to everything.

Cons: It would be helpful if a staff member could personally assist guests at check-in or provide a brief guide, rather than communicating only through the glass at the reception desk.

Nice stay in Istanbul

Pros: Good hotel in Taksim zone. & min. walk to Taksim square. Excelent staff at reception - Huseyin and Cenk, but also all the others. Coffe and Tea at all time available is a nice PLUS. Staff allowed us for an early check-in.

Cons: Room has not a good sound isolation, so you can hear street noise and hotel noise if you are a light sleeper.
