Pros: All the experience was very nice. The staff was always kind and super helpfull. It was my partner birthday and, In our last night when we got back to the hotel we found a birthday cake in the room, thank you so much for the kindness.

Wonderful experience

Pros: Great location, lovely staff and stayed in a beautiful room. I had a late night dinner one time and although it didnt meet my expectations our waiter Ali was so kind to offer a free dessert as I didn’t eat much of my chosen meal I thought that was very kind of him. So definitely come and stay there, its in a great place, easy access to metro and trams, loads of shopping malls surrounding it as well. Beautiful room, and very friendly staff

Great hotel, recommended!

Pros: Excellent breakfast with a view over the city. Very attentive, friendly and helpful staff, with a special shout-out for Kaan at Reception and the very nice lady who kept our room so well. The location was very good; just a little way off a main shopping street leading up to Taksim Square and down to the Galata Tower, but quiet.

Cons: The lift was slow, but that gave us the chance to lose a few grams climbing the stairs ...

No regrets

Pros: The accommodation is in a great location, and the staff are friendly and very attentive. Especially Kaan — he welcomed us warmly and showed genuine concern for our comfort and well-being, always willing to help with whatever we needed. The breakfast is delicious, and the room is cozy. The restaurant food is among the best I had during my stay in Istanbul.

Perfect!

Pros: Breakfast was excellent (always different food), the perfekt place to get a Public Transport to Airport (not so far from Metro), we had a room with Bath - great conditions to take a bath in this raining weather in Ist, very friendly staff (thank u Musa at the reception), actually they have also a good restaurant with wonderful view to the city. And also i liked that u can visit a neighbors hotel and trink Tea and Coffee 24/7.

Cons: Possibly because of drafts on the floor, the doors were occasionally squeaking and there was a strange noise at night that woke me up. However, after i started using earplugs, this problem disappeared. Still, it would be nice if the doors were made tighter-more precisely, if they closed more firmly.
